Returns & Exchanges

At L'INTERVALLE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all packaging intact to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the footwear or accessories in their original branded box and secure them inside a shipping carton to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
